Privacy policy
Drawn in Dark makes original animated stories and publishes them on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. This policy covers this website and Drawn in Dark Publisher, the private tool we use to upload and schedule our own videos.
This website
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or trackers, and it doesn't collect any personal information. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of a normal web request (see Google's privacy policy). Our host, Cloudflare, may keep standard server logs for security.
Drawn in Dark Publisher
Drawn in Dark Publisher is an internal tool. It's used only by the Drawn in Dark team, only on Drawn in Dark's own accounts. It isn't offered to the public, and no one else can sign in to it.
- What it accesses: with our own authorization, it uses the YouTube Data API to upload videos to the Drawn in Dark channel, set their titles, descriptions, thumbnails and publish times, and read the status of those uploads.
- What it stores: the sign-in token for our own channel, kept privately on our own computer. It doesn't collect, store or share data about viewers or any other YouTube user.
- Sharing: we don't sell or share any data. Nothing is used for advertising.
- Revoking access: access can be removed at any time from the Google security settings page.
Drawn in Dark Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Its use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Social platforms
When you watch or comment on our videos on YouTube, Instagram or TikTok, those platforms' own privacy policies apply. We only see the public comments and the summary statistics the platforms give every creator.
Children
Our stories are horror for a general adult audience and aren't directed at children under 13.
